BoDax Mobile Chiropractic

Providing mobile, concierge chiropractic care to the homes and businesses of Long Island.

Why BoDax Mobile Chiropractic ?

Health is not just for the lucky, or those who are “blessed with good genes.” We all have genes that are blueprints for health. But our genes need the right input to yield the right output. It’s really that simple. With BoDax Mobile Chiropractic, not only will your spine be evaluated and adjusted, but you will also be educated in what the most current scientific literature says about nutrition, supplementation, sleep, exercise, and environmental toxicity – so you can start decreasing inflammation and taking back your health – on your own.

Comprehensive, Tailored Treatments for Your Unique Needs

Our Special Services

The intervertebral discs that separate the bones of our spine have no blood supply. They are only hydrated and nourished with movement. They are porous, and only via movement can they absorb the hydration and nourishment they require to remain healthy.

Providing In-Home Chiropractic Care On The North Shore Of Long Island

Quite simply, as a chiropractor, my goal is to identify areas of the spine that have lost motion, or where motion is inhibited, and through gentle manipulation, to gradually restore movement back to the spine. Chiropractic adjustments restore motion to joints that are not moving properly. Or sometimes, at all. Soft tissue therapy helps muscles that are in spasm to relax, and it breaks through adhesions that are inhibiting movement.

But the rest? Diet? Mental health? Sleep? Avoiding toxins? That’s all on you. I can teach you all of that – and I will. But you’ve been misinformed at best, and more likely, outright lied to about health. Most Americans have put their health in the hands of a system that specializes in sickness and disease.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    How do I get started?

Getting started is very easy! Please reach out by phone or through the contact form HERE (phone is preferred). If you get my voicemail, please leave a message with your name and phone number, and I will call you back as soon as I am available. Once we speak and mutually agree to scheduling an appointment, I will ask you to complete my online, new-patient information form, and we will tentatively schedule an appointment. Once the form is completed and received, I will text you to confirm our appointment time and location. That’s all there is to it!

What should I expect during my first appointment?

This depends somewhat on the purpose of our visit – whether you are seeking acute pain relief or if you are interested in a spinal rehabilitation or maintenance type of treatment. But our first encounter will always involve a detailed health history, and an in-depth look into your chief complaint(s). I also like to review any supplements you are taking as well as get a sense of things like your sleep habits, any exercise program you are participating in, any injuries or surgeries that I should be aware of etc. If I decide it is safe and appropriate to adjust you, the remainder of the visit will be dedicated towards that.

What should I wear during my first adjustment?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Most people wear clothes like they would wear to the gym or a yoga class. I do ask that you please not wear revealing or inappropriate clothing.

What will happen after the first visit.

I will always check in with you within 24 hours of your first visit, usually the evening of. This is to see how you are feeling and answer any questions you have. From there we will decide together your need (or desire) for subsequent care. As I have said elsewhere, I do not sell “long term care plans”.
